While we embarked on this journey with the hope of working directly with artisans, we soon discovered the complexities of traditional craft industries, where many artisans are employed under middlemen, making direct collaboration challenging.

Despite these hurdles, we've adapted our model to ensure fairness and integrity. For items sourced through middlemen, where a direct 50% profit share with artisans isn't feasible due to the operational model of shared responsibilities rather than individual tasks, we contribute a portion of our profits to a fund dedicated to establishing Duniya's own kiln.

This initiative is a step towards our long-term goal of creating an environment where artisans can work directly with us, benefiting fully from their labor and talent
